But…. Bob I’m thinking twice now about this particular aircraft. It’s the cost of a (new ) plane, and limited space for pilots. I took into consideration the cost for the first year of ownership as well.

I had to get a permit for mine.

Some homeowner associations require you to jump through hoops, and there are restrictions within certain zoning regarding the type of fencing and height (mandatory 6' or higher when industrial abuts residential, for example).

Todays drive was great. Straight flat roads no snow 70miles/hr most of the way (110km/hr), sometimes even up to 80 when I was sure no RCMP around hahaha.

One day I will tell you about being hauled over outside Winnipeg for speeding
