It is mugshot Monday and here is Diana nibbling at left over potato roll in my hand. Look at her spikey hair-do with new feathers coming in on her head.
She is such a sweet little hen. I like to see that she is eating. She is always so dainty though truth to tell she is really a bit of a piglet.

I love my hot water bottle, you can't beat them.

As for my girls, I've bought two dehumidifiers that can be recharged, i don't think they work as dehumidifiers but they heat up beautifully, so I drop them in a padded envelope then put them in the coop last thing. I covered their door with a sheet which really holds off the frost for my littles, those dehumidifiers are a life saver for them

Sounds like an excellent setup - I would love to see a photo of the dehumidifier you have I might like one...

Monday mugs! The chickens were locked up all morning as we went to buy supplies...to build a second coop! They were very unhappy as we've had two days of rain /snow and then when finally the skies turned blue they were put in jail. Good thing we came back earlier to set them free all afternoon!

Still molting grumpy Nougat but she should be done soon!
