She has already been off the nest and back on. Seeing as how it was a nice warm 28 she took her time and had a quick dust bath before returning.

I think the big problem is accessing her, she is high up on a steep hillside apparently. What goes through their heads??

You could check for mites with that last pic! (I see none.) That's a great picture, really intense!

Ridiculous cold update:

Sorry about the lack of pictures these last few day between the Christmas chaos and the brutal temperatures I haven’t gotten any.

I let them out yesterday for a couple of hours and all day today. Overall, they seem fine no issues, combs look great, no limping, and they are actively exploring and scratching around.

That said, I definitely want to get out there tomorrow and sit with them to get a close look at their toes before I say we made it through unscathed. Looks promising though

I am happy to read everyone else seems to have gotten through it in good shape too!
