Any sign of the interloper since then?I’m still angry about the fact that another rooster entered my yard and attacked my little buddy (when I wasn’t home)![]()

I find this very interesting, and one can say that chickens also lay in a communal nest![]()
She just had another trim and keeps asking for a ride to breakfast (where the bulk of the woodpile used to be) so she's out of sight of the Idiots. She gets herself back to the coop, braving their attentions in doing so. She's been staying close to the coop otherwise. Between the snowy squalls and the icy wind, she's taking advantage of the shelter. I'm hoping she'll venture out more as the days warm up. (Along with the other girls hiding from the Idiots)But YAY! Thing!! We don't see enough of her!![]()
That looks like a bit of a rough day inspite of the nice weather.Chase Videos
Here are the videos from today. This first one is right after the fight. You can see Betty running for safety. She finds it in Hattie House eventually.

Yes I thought so and when I am yelling for them my neighbours will think I am nutsThat's a great name!
I see that as the pet piglet: Francis Bacon.... on the other hand, the very wee little fellow (who hasn't hatched yet: don't count your chickens before they're hatched) may turn out to be the biggest ham of the lot and justly earn the name. Right, @Ponypoor?I like Shakespeare too.
Why don't you name your silkie roo Francis?
You mean they don't already?!Yes I thought so and when I am yelling for them my neighbours will think I am nuts![]()
