She runs super fast just because she can run super fast. No meal worms are required. But yes. She sprints for meal worms. She is always here first when treats are about.

I got the picture of In Albis while she was preparing to give me my daily egg. They don't mind visitors. Especially ones with food.

It was real calm over here, and all of a sudden this shade thing that we have flies on top of the chicken coop, and the trees look like they're going to break, and then the wind disappears. And, of course, the chooks don't care. Even though there's all this ruckus, their prefab coop got partially separated, and the perch had fallen, one of them was just taking a dust bath.

In Albis comes inside and jumps on my side desk for mealworns.
Josey is fast though. Good luck catching her.

that's okay @BY Bob it gives us extra time/posts to enjoy hearing about and seeing your beautiful flock! I must say, Lady F is a lovely accent to GLynda; dark with splashes of Glynda's glowing white....and those magnolia petals!!! What a lovely photo.

Everyone is ok. I don't remember wind like this. It's usually constant on or constant off. Good thing I didn't fly my drone. It's not going in the air anytime soon.
