My grandmother on my father’s side used to quilt and I have a few of hers. And my mom made beautiful, artistic quilts and wall hangings until her arthritis for too bad. Not sure if I have any pictures and they are all packed away. One of my grandmother’s is a “Sunbonnet Sue” pattern. On each square the dress is made from one of my mother’s maternity clothes.

All in at perching time. Yea I had to chase Bobo and Coco into the coop, but that’s normal for those two troublemakers. Now I’m off to the jacuzzi tub to relax this old decrepit body of mine.

Have to go down my grandma's for a few hours. Before I go I just have to say. As each day passes I love these leghorns more and more. While I was out feeding everyone one of them full on head down chased a cat out of my back yard. They have no fear. Everyone needs some little white stalkers I tell you.

I have some of those myself but I think mine are more afraid of cats.

Tina is picking up nicely and just relaxing/sleeping outside right now. She slept on the perch last night and the milk thistle looks like it's doing a great job

Is "Sunbonnet Sue" also called "The Little Dutch Girl"? There is 3 tops done in what she calls the dutch girl.
