Thank you for this! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ I just spent 20 min. feeding my cross-beaked chick (her crop wasn't full tonight) Despite her fighting me a bit - it was definitely a stress reliever to cuddle her between 'beak-fill' sessions. And you are absolutely correct - I am not particularly fond of their 3rd stress reliever!:sick:lau
It made you laugh, which DOES help. Throwing dirt with your toes is always an option, too....:hugs:gig

Bookmarked. For herbs like rosemary, Oregano, do you mix the dried herbs into food?
I have made a 'tea' with the oregano - pour some of the dried leaves into a coffee filter or something similar and tie it up, pour hot water over it and let it steep like tea. Give to the girls straight (I usually add ice cubes to cool it down, but you can make ahead and store overnight in fridge) I sometimes also add electrolytes to the water.

I do sometimes mix both rosemary and oregano into their feed - especially if I am giving them a treat of wet mash.

I also add some of the oils to a carrier oil ( like olive oil, coconut oil, etc( and have put it on wounds - particularly lavender, peppermint and rosemary, as antiseptic/antifungals.

I wish I could book mark this somewhere. I have a lot of these.

Can we use fresh rosemary as an anti inflammatory? If so how?
Yes, chop it up and mix with their feed. That said, I think it would have to be in pretty large quantities to act as a systemic anti-inflammatory, so if there is a need due to pain, I would suggest one of the pain meds or the CBD oil @BY Bob mentioned (depending on if it is short term or long term use)

That was not a "cool" haircut. That was a butcher job. However it worked. Whatever works is good.
😊

Yep but I cut it so it on a stylish angle!

I am not angry with you. I'm angry with the situation. How many stupid people.
I did not hear from IT so it must be ok

I'll send an email and assume that someone who was foolish enough to click a virus can deal with it on their own.

I don't need to call anyone on the phone. There is no way the computer and email might be compromised.

There is no risk to the organization so I will throw it over the wall and forget about it.

Those are two people who should be terminated for being too lazy to pick up the phone and thereby compromising the entire organization. No excuses for their lazy behavior and they should be made an example. Apathy will kill any organization and this is an amazing example of such apathy.

Great - I was SO excited I could actually help someone with a 'tech' issue/question. Nope, all I did was incur SHRA tax!

Does it still count for SHRA tax if it is only 2 heads of chickens??
