Sounds like INCREDIBLY well packed! The precious cargo, hopefully fluff and puff are in there. Yes Rosie has dubbed 2 fluff and puff before they are even in the incubator.

That carton was also bubble wrapped and wrapped in aluminum foil.
The box also had 5 more cardboard egg cartons. 2 on the bottom, the eggs and a empty one beside it with 2 more on top and stuffed with paper.

Do not worry. She was paid. I talked her down from her price of ten mealworms to approximately two.
Oh that’s awesome! You can get a cute little pullet like Frosty who can’t fly but she thinks she can hahaI will get them. Ended up with 5 black eggs and 2 white ones. I paid for 6 black eggs but we discussed it over the phone. Her hens have decided to go broody on her and was only able to gather 5 to send out. It is ok, her white eggs sell for more so since they all arrived safely I am not complaining.
Lovely just lovelyCuckoo was dubbed Cuckoo because her barred rock markings (she looked just like one as a chick) are all kinds of wonky. She does have the Plymouth Rock yellow skin. (Means she's not a Marans, British lines). She has a straight comb, so not a Dominique (the barring is identical between the breeds). Honestly, she looks like one of the hatchery Ranger (meat birds), but the place I got her doesn't carry any of those. She looks like she's a cross between a barred and a silver penciled Rock. She's Cuckoo.
I was glued to the TV (only one in the house)Showing my age but I was stationed in Germany when the wall came down.
You mayyy want to check under wings for the missing eggWell I totally put the wrong video on my last post. This is my possibly broody girl. Does she seem that way to you?
No, I think he just wants to keep me safe honestly. Although when he was a child, much younger than me, he did see his dogs kill his whole flock, including his favorite chicken Bluebell, right in front of him.
Sounds like his reluctance to be involved with your chickens is because he doesn’t want to get attached and have his heart broken again. He really loved Bluebell. He took her to school on a homemade leash for Show N Tell, tried teaching her how to swim, and stuff like that.
He said that she was a RIR, so if I get a RIR looking chick, I'm gonna name it Bluebell.
Chattering non-stop about something is t the best way to show gratitude, especially if it’s something the other person is t interested in. Saying thank you and giving a hug usually works better.I'm just annoyed, because he always makes a big deal out of everything.
Plus he and my mother have been talking about splitting up and all of that....
But on the other hand, I am grateful, and I showed him that by talking everyone's head off about Willow, her (soon to be) chicks, and the other birds.
Well people post all the time about their chickens swallowing whole grapes and tho gs like that. Pretty sure those pills are smaller than the grapes. If so they should be able to swallow them fine.Where did you get those? I do have some calcium citrate pills, but gosh they were like horse pills - I ended up not using them, they were so huge!
Would you like a huge jar of horse sized calcium citrate pills? Nearly new - only one tablet missing!!
Mmmm, bread with butter and sugar. I always loved that.Yup on all those points.
But since I had to eat that as a kid I didn’t know any difference! Didn’t really enjoy it but I ate it!
Much preferred molasses on a nice slice of homemade breadoh and another thing was butter on homemade bread and sugar sprinkled on the butter - not keen on that at all!
Tax on what to eat
Fluffy look this way!
