I was going to grow those but it’s already a jungle here hahahaI wish I could grow bushy nasturtiums. No, they are elephant ears. They grow very tall every summer.
Do you compost the plants in the Fall when they die back?

I wonder how much they cost, I doubt it would be an option for me as it’s way too cold and miserable here in the winter. But I like the idea of a material that is easy to clean and disinfect. Thanks, although I'm sad I have to look on the bright side. I've also got the idea to get two Eglu coops so that Darcy can stay and I can get him some hens and the Buff Buck can stay so I can keep my favorite little hen. Them being plastic coops I can SUPER DEEP CLEAN them to stop all the chances of bad stuff!!!
Wildfires took away the homes nearby. Is this due to the weather conditions?
Yeah, a large one for up to 8 chickens is about 700$ without a run but with wheels. In my opinion I think horse trailer coop is better cheaper for the space and mobility, but my mom doesn't want something that big to clean. Even though I'm pretty much the only one who cleans the coop. She also isn't sure if we'd be taxed for having one. She also really only helps me when we do huge deep cleans!I wonder how much they cost, I doubt it would be an option for me as it’s way too cold and miserable here in the winter. I personally, would go a different route if that probiotic is so unmanageable to use .I'm waiting until I can get some support or should i say thoughts in here before I throw this probiotic away
I have an Eglu Cube and I like it. In the US you do have to predator-proof for raccoons and weasels, which apparently they don’t have in the UK. Also there are other people on BYC that have them and there’s been some discussions about them. Thanks, although I'm sad I have to look on the bright side. Try to take cover as much as possible and keep the chickens inside.Smoke is all across the country here, so crazy…
I did have feather mites to deal with once (been keeping hens for three years) and the Cube was really easy to clean! Thanks, I have also looked into the Eglu coop as they are plastic so the wood mites won't infest the walls and nests.
Ok! I will be sure to do that. I have also been looking into turningban old horse trailer into a coop. That way if we move the chickens can come with extremely easily! I'm mainly trying to sell my black copper maran roo so I'm thinking about selling him in bulk with the hens I'm not keeping do maybe like 300€ for him and 12 hens? What do you think, should I make it cheaper?I have an Eglu Cube and I like it. In the US you do have to predator-proof for raccoons and weasels, which apparently they don’t have in the UK. If you do have to rehome one of the roos and some hens, I’d say try to observe who likes to run with who and try to keep those ones together. Usually a roo has favorites and hens have a favorite roo and hen friends too.
