And Blanche and Marty with him…

I will be sooooo happy to leave this freaking location, I am tired of screaming people, motorcycles tearing down the road all night long (someon told me the hells angles have a chapter just down the road here - charming, noisy singalongs), people smoking pot stinking up the place.

I will be sure to let the travel coordinator know not to use this location any more.

Gets on my nerves 😣

When I get back out here I will be in Chilliwack, hopefully they get me a hotel. A nice quiet hotel with a pool I can soak my aching hips
:old I hope so too!🙏

Took Dakota out, and brought Coco in. Just another snuggling Sunday afternoon with my chooks.
CDC says not to snuggle up with or kiss your chickens!?
Hey CDC, get over it 😠 you were bitten a long time ago and now you still hold animosity towards them? :tongue Shame on you !
The little chooks (Philomena included) came in packaging that says not to kiss them, not to put them up to your face, and wash hands after handling live poultry. I think someone kissed one of them, I'm pretty sure a couple got the cuddled-up-to-your-face treatment, and I don't wash my hands after handling them as running into the house to wash my hands before sitting at my desk after herding them into their tree.

We have about a 40 percent chance later in the week. At least our temps are about 8 degrees cooler. Mid 90s is hot but over 100 is freaking hot 🔥 🥵
Our weather caster said that it’s supposed to get… nothing, with a slight chance of nothing, bring out your protective nothing suits, and prepare for the worst nothing you have experienced in a long time! :th

If I had washed my hands and face after holding my chooks, I’d probably be washing myself all day long! :hmm

Well, Storm has finally decided that the babies need to roost....so she has them up on top of the nest boxes....about 5 feet up....

They're 7 weeks tomorrow....

Also, some prankster (of the feathered variety) knocked the hatch shut. This had Storm and Nimbus inside, while the other 4, the Invasion 6, and Indigo all shut out. All fixed, all inside and accounted for. Based upon the fact that ALL of them were under the olive trees, they all have been well educated on ICE procedures.

I'm beginning to wonder if Storm will hang on to hers until their voices change....

And the Invasion is 15 weeks....

Thanks Alex, if it wasn’t for this place i am staying it would be great. But the lack of sleep is really getting to me. Between my RLS keeping me up and the noise - it’s very tiring.

But today o had some entertainment with sky divers - there is a sky diving outfit near the site I was working today, every half hour or so the plane would take off next to the site and dump 7 or 8 people out to come floating to the ground 😆 some you could hear scream, hahaha, lots were laughing and woohoo-ing as they plummeted to the earth 😁

I don’t have wings I am not made to fly, I have no interest in sky diving!
