Congratulations. I am still waiting for them to judge the costume contest. That was the only one I entered Halloween wise. They have several more contests running now to win calendars. With all the options there is a contest for each of us on here. I've entered the Mister *roo* and pets with paws contests. I encourage everyone to go check them out. Especially the fluffy bottom one, We all should enter that one before it closes.Well now speaking of contests, my photos was 2nd place in the chicken pecking pumpkin contestgood girls!

Awesomeness on all countsSir Jaffar, he Cocorico! He’s sounding good this morning. A nice healthy crow, and consistent in his own timing. I’m keeping my chooks locked up this morning, because I’m attending the town’s annual Veterans Day parade on Main Street. Bringing my neighbor with me, who has trouble getting around by herself..
They were having a good time with that mess! But my BIL was over here and he help remove all the boards, he told me next time to use 6” nails (ya he was being sarcastic!).
We created a huge mess - which I then had to clear away myselfbut it was worth it,
It’s been my pleasure to serve and protect! Thank you.Awesomeness on all counts
We thank you to for your service too, it's important to appreciate all those who protect all our countries citizens,![]()
Congrats to you and Tassels! In the tradition of the Princesses at the Chicken Palace to lay their first egg when I am traveling, Tassels laid her first egg.
She miscalculated just a bit because late last night as I am rushing around getting ready to go I decide to check again for eggs.
So I got the egg, but no chance of a picture of the two of them together.
It is small, and khaki colored.
Here are eggs from all my layers. The one from Sylvie is from before she went broody. The others were all from yesterday.
