Yes I thought that too, but when I clicked on changing it, it seemed to want to upload a file. I will look again.
I just checked again and it wants me to choose a file to upload as a new profile banner.
You have to go to your profile/account. Click on account details. Then there is a place for changing title.
That's where the new title goes. How to change it...

Oh I see. For some people, if you click on their username, it has a background picture in addition to their profile picture. That should be the banner.
