I bet it does, I have been plagued with mine all winter. Between that and the chicken dust and dander and now this cold and sinus infection (and my mums heavy hand with pepper sending me into a coughing then asthma fit tonight), it’s been a constant issue.

I have an allergy spray, have you tried Omnaris?

Yes! You give me allergies, crazy chooks!

Hang in there Kelly. Your infection will not last forever. I take Claritin every day for the allergies

How ar

Hpw are you managing the security issue in the old barn? Can you somehow put a cage of sorts around her?

Gosh baby fever seems to be taking hold !!!
There haven't been any wayward creates lately, but yes, I am going to try to rig up either a dog cage, or if the door doesn't open wide enough (I think this won't work), I will try to use dog exercise pen panels to keep her safe for now. Once I can fix my broody coop - I will try to transfer her there if she will have it. Otherwise I will have to wait until they hatch.

All I have been, and all I have done in my life, comes to this: a tiny orphaned Rhode Island Redheaded chick falls into my life and turns me into a mold of jello! :th
Yes we are talking about Dakota. She wanted to come inside the human coop tonight. And would not take no for an answer. I told her okay, go to the house.
She beat me to the door and waited for me to pick her up. :idunno:old oh what can I do?!

But just think…. What safer place for one’s gold could there be? For instance if I wanted to hide valuables, I would put it in the horses stalls or in a nest box - who is going to look for valuables in poop?!
That is the first place I would search at your house. Of course you would hide your valuables there.
