Poor Xzit, she’s feeling down, not having any fun. I think she’s angry and annoyed by the fact that she’s been behind bars all her life!

Something New

I've not seen this before but i don't have a ton of broody experience.

Glynda got off the nest twice today.

Once at 7:30 am to eat and drink

Once at 4:00 pm to dustbathe

I figure the afternoon one also enabled her to cool off a little.

She's got those Leghorn smarts in her. I think they share similar processors.

My chooks don't want to even walk across the yard now. Too hot.
