Those of us in low-lying Calif valleys seldom know what snow is. Unless we're near or in Mountains or High Desert we never see snow. I live in San Gabriel Valley yet so close to the SG mtn range that during frost temps if we get rain it will sprinkle frozen drops that melt as soon as they hit our ground. Neighborhood lawns will look like silver dew while the flakes on the ground melt fast in minutes. Not cold enough to even make one snowball. & if we're not awake in the morning when it happens we'll never see it cuz it melts in 10-15 minutes!Interesting.
