The laced Cornish has red lace doesn't it? Or tell her the Dark Cornish is just a very DARK RED! Just kidding ~ kids are smarter than that!

Some people here kept partying past 1AM.

2 blocks away someone was shooting stadium rockets in rapid succession ~ looked like bright warzone flashes & sounded like it too! The flashes lit up our closed mini-blinds w/each boom! Glad they stopped after midnight; however the firecrackers popped all thru the night & today too.
Nothing wakes these guys when they're in their Silkie pile-up!

Garlicky chicken noodle soup with chicken parmesan tortellini as the noodles. Delicious.

Non-gluten cheese tortellini? If so, where from? I'm always looking for non-gluten.

New year, new life in the run. Nacho from next door came over with her brood to enjoy the better life with us. She is training her chicks to come over and help themselves to my chick feed.
Strangely enough a few look a lot like Rudy when he was a chick!
I won’t collect them up and brood them myself. I MUST let nature take its course.
