Good grief Pike County cannot catch a break. Storms rolled through last night about 2 am. Power went out and did not come back on until 4pm. I have since found out a small tornado touched down in Coal Run Village. That is about 2 miles from my house on the 4-lane. It does not surprise me though as for about 3 minutes after the power was out is sounded like a train going through and the wind was bad. First thing I did when the storm eased up a bit was grab my head lamp and go check on the coops. Thankfully my mountains protected us and we had no wind damage other then a few tree's down on the hill which knocked out the power.

We once had that pie dish too! What memory lane! It was too deep for pies & never used it.
