I was in four years Sheriff department, until my twenty year stretch with the US Marshals. Had a lot of fun, only been stabbed three times, shot twice and learned that hiring a stenographer is cheaper than writing reports myself. Sadly they never allowed chickens in the academy. Only three months and now they are full size. Not yet going through the idiot phase. Only my closest neighbors are in perpetual idiot phase, but not worth a bullet
