Since they were locked into the complex for a few days, Phyllis has abandoned her nest in the planter and is using the nest box again. I caught her on nest cam sharing a nest box with someone. Imagine my surprise when I saw who it was!

Mine eat broken ones and soft shelled ones. They do not last long. Thankfully, intact eggs are still left alone.

It was disturbing to see mine swarm and gobble down Naenae's soft shell egg. There was nothing I could do about it either, it happened so fast.

I’m sorry. I guess my chickens are the only ones that are glued to the television set (or the iPhone)

My chickens are like my kids...didn't know the television had power until they could talk.
