Boys, spring, it happens… I’m glad no one was seriously hurt. That’s the best news. And count yourself lucky they aren’t white chickens! it always looks like a massacre when someone gets into a discussion with Sammy or Dean, Or my Bully Girl… even without a serious injury it looks just awful!

I feel that. No free ranging today. I was sick and it was raining out. I felt bad but it just wasn't in the cards.

It's miserable here, pelting down rain and only +1C, I really feel for livestock and horses that have to be out in this crappy weather. It's got to be hard on them.

Thankfully my kiddos r safe and sound inside, just checked cams and horses and chickies r all snug and sleeping, which is what I am hoping for now! U guys have a good night.

It's those darn fifth toes causing all the trouble they r fuses to the forth toe and the nails curl around.

I wish the vet could have done something. I am keeping a close eye to make sure they don't cut into the third toe again...

Same here they were out for about 20 min but I had to work so I'm they came, lots of Bok Bok Bok... Haha chicken swearing. I am sure your gals are ok your place is a playground for them

Just got home. And SUCCESS! Went to close and lock the coop, Arizona was perched right next to Dakota with all the other birds. (This is the first time she actually went into the coop without assistance to sleep) maybe I should go out on a date more often!
