Sophia Sophia Sophia (sigh)

She is very fussy today looking for the perfect spot to lay her egg. I tried to help - I filled the wheelbarrow with new freshly baled hay that I put in yesterday (oh the barn smells heavenly with fresh hay ), but she wasn’t having non of it.

Guess I better get back out there and see what she finally decided.

Branch needs to learn the concept of being snuck inside. Mom hollered at me asking if "that" rooster was in the house. Noooo he's now why do you ask? Little devil hears her voice and lets loose crowing. Good one Branch, good one.

I've had eggs lettuce, cabbage and kiwi amongst other goodies now I want more. I laid two eggs so I deserve it.
I've been told I'm being locked in early because I'm over laying

Alex go and grab our pony, she's coming to tea.
I also have a nice jar of beetroot all spiced up. I felt my blood pressure go down after my tea tonight
