Your right they are tricksters. I am going to have to get a picture of those 2 tail feathers though. Think of Rhode Island reds though for a minute and picture Ezzie as one. The last color you want to see pop up in the tail is bright iridescent green in your young "pullets' tail. A few black feathers I can handle, but these 2 have the same green shine that Branch's tail feathers have.Now don't be hasty, I was sure Henny was Roo.... Next thing I know she pops out an egg!! Remember Silkies are tricksters!
