We're also had a flying incident today. Phyllis took off in the side yard to avoid Aurora. She went straight up almost 5 feet and drifted out over the pool. I started to get up to get the net in case I needed it and she turned in the air and landed right along side my chair. Easy Peasy.
Another cool development from today was Phyllis running to my legs when Aurora is after her. She apparently sees my legs as safety.
The other thing that really warmed my heart today happened after I had an early dinner and came back out. All 6 came running to see me. Aurora led the way of course but the newbies came running as well.![]()
x2!She's so gorgeous!![]()
Thank you1 I'm working very hard for her!!!I hope your girl gets better soon.![]()
Yes! This! My little Rusty was scared of paper plates. It was the cutest thing!I've found it's the containers that put them off initially. Even with the commercial feed which I've been feeding in the same type bowls for ages, they'll prefer to eat off the ground.
YAY, Chickie! But I’ve already got one!Actually, Tegan had settled down a bit yesterday; when I got home, River and Nyssa were outdoors! And they put themselves to bed with her, so we seem to be getting somewhere.
And on another note, Chickie is eating again! When we came back on Sunday I gave them some wheat and she started tucking into it! So I made them some oats and yoghurt, with some mealy worms and baby food stirred through it, just so she’d eat some more.
