Slow-motion
I was playing around with the slow-motion camera the other day and got two interesting videos.
That Kernal
This first video shows Sansa turning her head to select a specific kernel of corn. As quickly as they peck I'm not really sure if knew they turned their head like this. And those quivering wattles just make me giggle.
The Swipe
I have mentioned this behaviour before. I still don't understand why they do this. Depending on the age of the hen and hence the sharpness of the beak, it can hurt a little. Aurora's is exceptionally sharp.
