We started when my daughter's chicks were still baby fluffy butts. They really like it and always seem happier when they have some music. Studies have shown that hens listening to classical music have increased egg production.

3D printing, that is seriously cool. I have been able to source whatever I have needed for a long time. I live in fear that something will not be available some day. Therefore I buy some things when I see them. For example I bought a steering column switch assembly several years ago when I saw it on ebay.My boys have been renovating my youngest son's YJ & there are parts that they can't get anymore! My oldest has 3D printed several non mechanical component replacement parts...I'm glad that you were able to source a blower!
