As far as Bridge goes, I've seen Lilly do this. Just take a rest from time to time. Then get up and get back at it. Does Fat Bird do that @Shadrach ?

Thanks. Bridge seems completely fine. She’s as active as anyone of the older girls. Phew!

Yes it is perfectly normal for leghorns. They lay surprisingly large eggs for such small birds. They start small and get larger as they get older. I remember mine laying extra large white eggs.

@micstrachan and @Aussie-Chookmum how large are Dorothy's and Tsuki's eggs?

Dorothy’s are smallish, but Margo’s were huge.

It's nice that we haven't had as much snow this year, but we still had to bring them out to the sunny side for some good dirt.

Lucy will be five in March. She’s quite congested, but she’s been like that for ages and it doesn’t seem to slow her down. It would be nice to be able to relieve her congestion though.
