It looks like they love them!
Bummer, my store doesn't carry them. They looked at me like I had 3 heads when I asked.
As long as it's not a drop bear we're all okOr it could be a Chupacabra !![]()

Can we 'Amp' it up a bit?
I think you can just about make out Fret's foot feathers.

Whew! Much nicer to have a paint problem over a predator one! That what I realised later. I freaked at first![]()
Clever!I think there are feathers down there...maybe another pic, just to be sure?
I just love Fret, any excuse to see more pics of her!
It's probably based on their calls. A whiny and persistent two-note trailing-off call, sort of sounds like the name with the emphasis on the "deer".I thought that “Killdeer” was a strange name for a bird, that’s all.![]()
It sure is a big reliefWhew! Much nicer to have a paint problem over a predator one!
I don't see scratches but see paint worn off along the wood ridges. Snow, ice, hard rain could do that (if the wood wasn't primed the paint can come off easily sometimes, maybe if it's an oily wood, or green when painted?Just a few it just scared me a little
It could have been due too the winds we have had
