Terrifying.

The agility is amazing. I don't think I have ever had one here before. I have not seen this kind of behavior before from a hawk.

Oh Bob. I'm so sorry to hear this. I've been away for a while and didn't know. All the love and hugs to you and Rose. You've been having an really unfair run of really bad luck.

You have been missed for sure.

The loss of Sylvie has been very hard.

The hawk continues to operate in my yard. The whole tribe is scared. They live in the complex constantly now. The video from its latest visit shows how talented the hawk is. It's terrifying.

Yes, I have Jaffar here with me. He spent the whole night on a sheet on my bed right next to me. I have to cut that spur soon, but I’m very scared about hurting my best buddy. For those of you who cannot appreciate having a feathered friend on your bed

So many roosts!

Years past, the top is the favored perch for everyone....somewhere...all winter...including Castor....who gets miffed when they chase him off. Cheetah has even alerted over a young female tuxedo creeping along it.

So far, no one has tried nesting in it. (Now I need to go knock on the pile)
