Spying on the horses chickens and mum on my barn cams has become an obsession for me!

It's a good thing I don't have goats otherwise I would get no work done here!!!!

This is my old gal Lulu - having a snooze at midnight (no I don't sleep) - let sleeping dogs lie? In my case sleeping ponies

And just now caught mum doing chores, with The Former Demon Hen Henny Penny McNugget now getting along with her sisters (Curly McNugget and Fluffy McNugget) having a dust bath in the shavings in Mustang Sally's stall, and the 4 chicks all hanging out together.

Remind me where you are again, @rural mouse? I’m in California (San Francisco Bay area… Santa Cruz Mountains), and we’re in the worst drought in California history. But we’ve had a really good start to the rainy season this year and I’m hopeful we’ll pull out of it. Fingers crossed!

I think our grocery store eggs are all pasteurized, though I haven’t purchased any in a few years.

Most grocery store eggs are cleaned, but not pasteurized. And they are cleaned with more than water.
