who needs extra anyway? Just give it to her! Im sure she’ll "watch" over them. And I love the ever curious 'I'm watching you(in case you happen to drop an extra treat or something!
) of the head-on shots
Don't forget Hattie, the Lavender Orpington front & center in the first photo!!! She is the epitome of a lady!im gonna take a guess here at these wonderful chickens breeds! Top one back is black sex link? Middle one plymouth barred rock, and bottom golden laced something for the bottom and the back is black sex link! I tried. Although golden laced is a color not a breed, im not to sure what breed she could be!
They truly are beautiful ladies.thank you! I wasnt to confident in a wyandotte because i couldnt see the feet (to tell if their feathered or not) and i dont know much about wyandottes haha. very beautiful birds!![]()
It is much older. From back when Sansa had feathers. This must be an older picture; I can tell be cause Sansa looks lovely here! She is a gorgeous lady, and recent head shots prove it....but her feather patterns are just so gorgeous, too. I'm hoping that the feathers grow in soon to replace the frizzled ones...so she has more warmth & protection (hopefully we won't have to wait until spring for a 'soft molt' to replace them!)

Yes I purposefully excluded Phyllis from this round to showcase some other ladies.Don't forget Hattie, the Lavender Orpington front & center in the first photo!!! She is the epitome of a lady!(photo bombing Phyllis is notable absent, though!)
You need to stay in out of the rain for your health. Be smart. The chickens are out and about today, but they don’t want to play with me.They are out scratching for worms and bugs. We are getting a lot of presip, procepa, prepsip (RAIN) today!
