I am trying to catch up but it’s difficult. Where is Bob and is he seriously considering bringing home hatching eggs? What kind from where?

He boarded a plane last night: destination Italy for his daughter's wedding. Will be gone 2 weeks, not checking in. Didn't want us calling out a wellness check on him. We've been "discussing" smuggling home Italian Leghorns/hatching eggs.

I am happy to give it a go. I have bookmarked his post from the plane so I can always go back to that point and work forward.
It might be a good idea to have someone else keep notes as well just in case.

I can't be reliable with keeping up very well, but I will bookmark posts as I go along with a "Bob's Italy Trip Catch-up" bookmark. Then rounding them up in a bookmark search and copying and pasting the links into a post or a PM might work?

Maybe you need to return home through Canada....import the eggs to Canada, then 'smuggle' them across the border as 'food', not hatching eggs. 2 dozen, even if only 75% hatch rate would give you 18. As long as you have eggs from a few different lines, that would be enough to establish them here with some genetic diversity......

I foresee a trip to France

It’s a bit hard to see but there are two. I was a bit concerned that they might not be strong enough, but they should be ok. I can always reinforce the lower one if there’s too much give in it.
