My girls are inside I have fan blowing away but close I've covered them in a towel so they can sleep after a few more black fly treats. Oiled princesses legs and feet after a cool quick swill . They've has plenty of water and food layers mash yogurt with strawberries and blueberries, so a nap won't hurt on this blistering hot day

OOOO chick overload i love the yard Im useing an old camper shell for mine to play in and my grand kids jungle gym cause they are in arizona now and its brand new and not getting used lol. Bird fun gym!
I'd love to see video of them playing around like that! No pressure.

I would maybe try my first idea, to give a treat once she's on the roost (if you can reach her ?)
Or, put a treat on the ramp once Glynda and Lady Featherington have gone up (but the problem is that they may come down to get it.).
If you tried this for a few days and it makes a difference, then her behaviour is due to a lack of motivation. If it doesn't change anything it would mean she really can't, either because of her leg or her sight ?
This is my other problem with Gucci. She seems to prefer chick food to anything else. I need to increase the things I'm trying but she will not complete with the other 2 for treats. She did try some cucumber last night because Glynda insisted she should. In general, she eats some grass and weeds and chick food.

I may be saying something ridiculous but is it possible that she just doesn't want to grow up and become independent ? I know this is a very anthropomorphic way of saying it. But maybe she acts like she was still a chick ?
