A tiny fuzzy butt for Fri. Plus a few more. These are my two smallest meekest chicks. The dark gray I am almost positive is an Amerucana. The light gray I am puzzled by Swedish Isbar maybe. Time and egg color will tell me hopefully. View attachment 3228890View attachment 3228891View attachment 3228892View attachment 3228893View attachment 3228890
The light one has feathered feet. :love And is likely a pullet based upon stance. The darker is definitely going to have muffs/beard. Not talking yet on gender. Both cuties

Mixing it up with the Big Girls

Glynda is displaying that super curiosity i expected. While she has suffered some set backs it has not deterred her from Michigan about amongst the big girls.

tonight for the first time, I opened the drop door giving the Rascals easy access to the grape vines and magnolia tree. Glynda took advantage of the opportunity.

She even has Lady Featherington and Gucci out the side door with her now!

Glynda is pretty daring! Though I did notice a bit of deference on her part to Sydney - which is good. And the bigs were ready to jump to Hattie's defense when she jumped when Glynda bumped her....but no fracase ensued...all good ❤️ ❤️

Maggie stopped by for a chat. She had a lot to say about Lulu’s nest box choosing shenanigans and about Bernadette trying to take her spot on the roost.
I think she also apologized to me for giving me such a hard time when I give her antibiotics. She definitely did not commit to making it any easier for the remaining doses.
I like that she comes to chat. I am just sitting here reading. No treats. So unless she comes for the literature, she must just like to chat.
I love that about her. ❤️❤️
