How
I went out and got some pictures of everyone. First up Blueberries 7. It is good to finally see her be a mom. She has toyed with the idea of going broody since May, but never actually committed to setting until September.

How Darling! 🥰

She is a beautiful lady. Any chance there is another colored like her in the batch?

So you cathedral the skin of in spots and they went after those spots. Is that correct? If so, that's pretty cool. I need to try this. 😆
Yes that’s exactly what I did :) just peeled a few layers off of the hard skin off in the general shape of a smiling face. And some random holes on the back side as I do have 13 chickens to share one medium sized pumpkin and did not want to start a tussle amongst them.

However, despite having many tempting spots to start pecking… my chickens chose to pay homage to the chicken mythology that they go for the eyes first! 😱 It is fun totally recommend doing it :)

Cool! 40 cal is one that I don't like to shoot. It feels like the recoil is hitting right on the ends of my arm bones. A .357 mag doesn't feel as bad. A friend of mine explained that the pressure curve with 40 is a fast, sharp curve, more so than other calibers.

:thumbsup
Gun tax please..........
