First I am well aware we are blessed to live in a world where medicine is available readily. That being said, who-ever is responsible for the taste of Robitussin is a evil heartless human being. I have a cold, had it the past 3 days. During the day I may cough 3 or 4 times, as soon as it gets dark the cough is relentless. The only thing that works to stop the cough is Robitussin. I hate the stuff, have a hard time keeping it down and the taste lingers. It does not help that Rosie actually loves the taste of it, yes, she is broken. She gloats and calls me a big baby as I am choking it down.
Honey and lemon too is better than Robitussin

I also love Robitussin!

Got up early, 3:30am and started cooking at 4:30. Started my stuffing last night for the turkey (homemade). Working on the sides. The chooks are gonna love me today! It's their first Thanksgiving and dinner. Having potatoes, turkey, stuffing, gravy, green beans, mac n cheese. Have a 15 lb. turkey cause it's me hubby and 5 dogs and 21 chickens everyone eats today. I am truly thankful for friends and family and BYC for all the friends and help I have received. What are you thankful for?

Give it time. You don't want them to lay early, be machine layers, then up and quit at 1.5 - 2 years of age. It is hard waiting,
:hugs
but give them time

I wish some of mine hadn’t started so early. Goldie started at 17 weeks and has laid every single day since August 14. :th

The stove here is gas, hate cooking on gas stoves!
I used to hate cooking on gas but have gotten used to it. I understand why most chefs prefer gas, temperature control is much faster once you learn the stove.

Don’t be sad. They are enjoying childhood!
My Bernadette is now 35 weeks old and has shown no interest in laying an egg.
Freeloader!
Speedy is now about 28 weeks and still no eggs. Comb is fairly red and pelvic bones have been 1.5 fingers for weeks. But have a feeling she will wait until spring now. My ISAs are all still laying almost every day. The colored egg layers take an occasional day off. They are all 31 weeks.

Blue on the outside white on the inside.
If you peel the membrane, it is probably pale blue inside. All my colored eggs look white inside until I peel the membranes.

Gorgeous! What breed are the speckled ones?

I have a microscope, and no I found no presence of any red worms. (And yah, I’m that bored to be analyzing all my chooks poop.) pity me
I need to get a microscope. I used to do decals all the time when I was a vet tech (a few decades ago 😅🙈).
