In town, Jaffar is known by my military USMC friends as a warrant officer this week, he’s supposed to be upgraded to chief warrant officer honorary US Marine .
He is loved by so many people in town. He gets a medal and a small party. I’m not kidding about that. He’s such a good rooster!

We need pictures of this event.

I have a friend stationed at Camp Pendleton USMC near San Diego, who will be driving up (4 hours) to be at Jaffar’s promotion ceremony. The other four US Marine friends in town will also be attending. It really is an honor to be invited to this event. I never knew that Jaffar would become so famous.
