What a wonderful story. 🥰
We flew home first class on Air Canada - I had to pay extra to carry her in the main cabin with me! I bought her a nice soft side carrier and she snoozed all the way home! No one knew I had her with me - except my Construction Manager on that job who also flew home on the same flight as me and sat across the aisle from me in the second row of seating! I had to store her under the seat in front of me - otherwise I would have had the first row seating.... :) First Class Kitty haha!

Or Aurora maybe.
So has Aurora.

Hello everyone. Turns out, there was no snow. Perhaps it was just rain and icy rain was falling. Grandma was outside for a little then went inside. Today was 55 F and now it is 52 F. We really didn't need our coats but we ended up wearing them anyhow. And to answer your question Ponypoor, no I do not drive and even if I did, there really wasn't that much snow. It would be so cool if there was snow on the ground again...
BTW I like your new photo you have with your name - love the flower and the chickie so cute!

Okay so we braved the cold 🥶 and I was able to snap some pics to share. Todays observation is that those nest boxes need to go in pronto. The girls are definitely redder and I see some comb and wattle development going on.

So who is it in the last two pictures?

I am not a huge fan of snow - guess it's because I have had to shovel so much of it, have cold feet and hands, and having to put your boots on - take your boots off.... tiring! hahaha! Well - for you I am hoping for enough snow that you can enjoy it - but not so much that it causes trouble 💕 ❤️
HEY! Don't be wishing snow on me! Geeze!

While snuggling with Branch this afternoon I realized I'm going to have to do something about one of his spurs soon. One of them is growing backwards and curving towards his leg. I've never had to trim spurs before, but I'm hoping with just a little bit of help me and mom can take care of it with our dremel. If he cooperates, the plan is for me to hold him and mom take just a little bit off. We will probably have to repeat the process weekly for awhile. I do not want to do it myself incase he freaks out so I do not hurt him. Mom is the reluctant party. She thinks he is going to freak out and I'm going to let him go to attack her.
We will need video of this.
