The school......

Except, I’m at the district office, not at one of the school sites and nobody at the office has had it lately. I was at an event last Saturday night when I’m pretty sure I got it. My husband didn’t get it, my best friend didn’t get it, a friend with cancer, who danced with us all night and was in our same car didn’t get it (thank goodness), but I did.

I've had Covid three times... I need to get my booster. Everytime I am due for my booster, I get Covid... I'm over it. Covid loves me too much, but I DISLIKE IT IMMENSELY (Maybe if I'm loud enough, it will leave me alone)

Ha! The first time I got it, I had been eligible for my first booster for two weeks. We’re twins!

OK now, after complaining about chatter, I’ve been going a little crazy on the Covid. Sorry. Here’s my tax.

I am ready to give up. Rosie finally got caught up from having to miss 2 weeks of school a month ago and she is sick again. Headache, ear ache, freezing and chest burning. My gut is telling me this is a sinus infection. It has been unseasonably warm and things are blooming a good 2 weeks early. I did keep her home as she was up half the night with her ear hurting. Will try to get her in with her doctor, I refuse to go back to that after hours clinic. I promise, if I hear strep or worse again I will cry.

Tomorrow I am going to Sautee some mushrooms and enjoy them

Now, I should give my chickens mushrooms. We're having them for dinner tonight so I'll steal a few mushrooms and give them to the chickens. I'm sure Grandma will wolf them down in less than 5 seconds. I gave her a small piece of fish once and she wolfed it down in 3 seconds.

I have a Twig update that should make Alex smile. In a few weeks he could potentially be a father. My most loyal egg customer picked up her eggs this morning. While she was here she spotted my incubator and went ahead and put her order in. She wants 2 dozen hatching eggs by Tuesday. Her only request is the big eggs, she does not care about color or breeds. I will be tossing in some of the Buff orps and the Cinnamon Queens eggs in that mix. Both Cinnamon Queens prefer Twig as their rooster. When she picks them up I will also see if she wants a goose egg or two tossed into the mix for free since they are not big eggs.
