Oh my gosh I am in love. It looks like 2 blue/greys, 1 black, 1 white and the one with the black spot on it's head may be a paint. I would take a better picture of it and post it on the "Silkies-they are simply spectacular" thread and ask. There are several members there who have or breed paint silkies.
I am guessing 10 days to 12 days, but that is from memory from a year ago. Maybe someone else, such as @RebeccaBoyd and/or @ValarieF who have hatched more & more recently than I would remember better the developmental stage.

Based on your 2nd & 4th picture (the easiest for me to see), and the chart below, I'm guessing they look to be about day 10 or 11 when you took the pictures. That said, I've seen 'day 9' look like Day 10 on this chart. I think it can vary slightly depending on how warm/cool the eggs are when entering the incubator and if the incubator itself runs just a smidge hot or cold, as well.
