I brought the chooks some rice crispy cereal. They like it, but when I said “chicken and rice just go together!”

We have names.
Meet Mazzie in honor of Ezzie

And meet Sprite playing off Momma Grouchy Gryffyns mythical theme name.

Rosie also named the black one Sprout

Goose's other 3 are not named. I really only wanted to give Sprite and Mazzie names as that is the 2 hopeful keepers but Rosie had other ideas. Once she has them out and about the other 3 will most likely be named as well. Both Momma's had no desire to come off the nest today but tomorrow I'm hopeful they will have them out streching their legs a little bit. I also moved Gryffyn and her 2 to the coop in their own tote tonight. The chicks are rambunctious and want out from under her. I was afraid Louis might step on them if they got away from her.

I eat my sushi with chopsticks .
My steaks with knife and fork
But eating pizza with anything but my fingers, makes me a dork!

That gave me an idea. So I made some rice, and mixed corn into it, and froze the mix. (Tomorrow is supposed to be warmer than today) that should cool down the chooks a bit.
