Yes I have the same dilemma - and now Dorothy has eroded my sense of comfort for them - I really could clobber her.

Anywhoo - I need to figure out a place with more room but with the continuing COLD WET weather (and no end in sight for the next week) I am at a lose as to what to do. I may just put them in the Summer House during the day, and then back in here at night.

Hate this time of year....
Why don't you leave the chicks in the Summer House without moving them back and forth? Is it not predator proof?

The Details Count

So I managed to get mt hands on the fabulous work of art that is also a lamp. After much discussion and actual purchase of new furniture and rearranging of the living room, Mrs BY Bob and myself agreed on a place to showcase it. I went to plug it in today and realized this.

I am on amazon right now sourcing a converter. :he :gig:lau
Does it work now? I'd like to see it on. Unless that happens later on in the thread.

I have some video's of the momma's and babies to upload in a bit. First I want to talk about the Marshmallows. We still have the relationship where I am not allowed to touch them or even reach out to pet them. They cannot stand it though if I am ignoring them. If I am out, and focused on something or someone else, it is not long until at least one of the finds me. Trying to get my Thirsty Thursday photo focused on Squirrel I get the feeling there was someone behind me.
There was. I did not even turn around, just turned the camera around.

Spending time in the coop with the momma's and chicks. In under 5 minutes they found me.

If I am outside, I am to never be alone, ever. At least I have cute stalkers.

Nope I haven't had time to enclose it with wire at the tops. Also it is quite cold still in here. The only heat they would have is their brooder and the Sweeter Heater.

The up side is handling them makes them really tame :)
