To expand on that, my neighbors don’t care either. If they have a problem, they always call me.

Mine get loud like that. There is one Ancona hen that justs yells all day.

An epic chick fail got me laughing this morning. No harm done (apart from to her dignity of course).

Ha! She looked around afterwards seemingly checking to see if anyone saw that.

Several but not all of mine do that exact noise. Just talking as far as I can tell.

An epic chick fail got me laughing this morning. No harm done (apart from to her dignity of course).

Well, she has to learn to adjust her calculations to include friction and natural drop post take-off. After a few practice runs, she will learn to include all these extraneous adjustments (wind, drag coefficients, etc, etc, etc....)

I will need to make sure that they are not an invasive species here in Ontario. I think I have seen these beetles in the garden, and I think I have seen live mealworms being sold

I have a cream colored mutt, white cochin and EE cross and she has a big crop similar to your girl. Not the biggest gal but she doesn't get pushed away from the grub.
