I just checked on Maleficant and made her a bed with a towel and basket. I feel bad having her away from the flock but she needs rest and doesnt need Hades jumping her. She is one of his main hens.

If you are going to keep her separate for a longer period of time it can help to bring a friend to stay with her.

This was a wonderful tribute to all of your lovely ladies...and handsome Jabberwocky. (That is just a gorgeous picture of him, by the way.)

A few of these pictures brought tears to my eye...and I wanted to reach through the computer & hug you and Rose!

I had a short conversation with a bluebird today. Tiny little bird just kept on chirping and chirping. Obviously it had a point to make. I listened.

While I was out today working on the coops, Hattie apparently had a lot to say. She was chatting away at me today. I listened close. I think she just needed to get some stuff off her chest. It was kind of sweet.
