Apparently Glynda can't stay mad at her.

Also known as cribbing.

It’s were the horse grabs hold of a fence board, stall door, or other thing they can sink their teeth into and while gripping the board gulp air down into their stomach.

It’s a habit that releases endorphins in their brain and gives them that feel good feeling.

It can damage their teeth, and cause them to possibly have colic.

But the big thing is, it drives me and the other horses nuts! So I chase her away from the back door so she doesn’t drive me bonkers.

Do I owe SHRA tax ? Did Rebecca answer already?
This was very informative, thanks, I’ve heard of cribbing, not wind sucking, but didn’t know the reason/cause. Is the horse needing the comfort because of some problem or is it a learned / habit behavior like a holdover of a past problem and nervous energy?

Chewing horse tax:
The ladies loving a little warmth while they took a break during the cold spell.
This is the Arlo Pro camera which I think bottom line I wouldn’t get again if I can spend for the Arlo Ultra. Here the internet was slow and it’s more pixelated but overall the picture resolution is not as good as the Ultra anyway.

Generally these sort of behaviours are caused by lack of stimulation - ie: living in a 12'x12' box stall day in and day out at the track.

I did try to curb this behaviour but she was so miserable that I gave in and now I just let her be; she isn't the worst cribber I have seen and she is 22 yrs old. So she can just do as she pleases.

Your girls all look very relaxed :) Not sure about you but it has been quite chilly here for this time of the year.

Re: Cameras - good to know from others what they are using and how they like them. I really like my Reolink cameras - they are all quite good in their own way.
