I suggest scratch grain - my kiddos go gaga for that - like candy to them.

I sprinkled scratch grains and safflower seeds in the area where they hang out. Also set up a water bowl for them also.

Ahhhh! And a partial crest....hmmm...Penne may be 3/4 crested: big enough to provide a stylish hat, small enough to not interfere with her eyesight (maybe). I'm even more intrigued with her!
