Had a lot of crowing this morning; I think I will have to put them in a dark crate overnight so me and the neighbours aren’t wakened at 04:30am.

Just reset their alarm clucks for 05:30 like I did! ( don’t ask me where I found the switch)

I believe I'm okay - I am just waiting on some replacement cc - I canceled mine as soon as I found out so they couldn't use them - and I changed my passwords on everything - and IT 'disinfected' my computer.

Sheesh! I had to check my phone to see what day it was hahaha!

Still a field of gold here, one day soon I need to attack that crap, I have a mower that I can tow behind my lawn tractor that mowed down tall stuff, only problem is, it's a 'pull cord' start on it. And I do not have enough strength or height to haul the sucker over!

Really humid today here, calling for thunderstorms again, yesterday we were under a heavy rainfall and funnel cloud warning all day.

The mosquitoes are evil - poor Lulu is drove crazy with them.

Chick is still alive, I think. When I looked this morning there was still a pip, but no chick. I just need to hope that she isn't stuck.
Ms. Bumblefoot is getting a soak right now. Her foot looks okay. I was going to skip soaking her today, because I need to go soon, but I decided to soak her.
Willow looks depressed, but she drank water when I offered it to her.

Oh, I hate mosquitoes. They love me though. They bite me every chance they get. I'm surprised that I don't have a million. I DO have a thousand though.

Okay, I'm not gonna get attached to the chick/s, until I think that they will thrive. I do have names picked out though.
Ellie (because I asked RC for permission to name one after her sweet girl. RIP Eli)

In the past, I count littles separately from bigs...until I accidentally count the littles mixed in with the bigs. Tells me size wise I'm not noticing much of a difference any more. It's still there, just have to look more closely. At that point, just count all of them....until the count is short, like last night.

Indigo wasn't there. Time to go look for hidden nest she's likely broody on.....(that girl WOULD pull a Ol' Momma Bat)....not a clue where she was, but she's not brooding a hidden nest. She's safely tucked in the coop with the others....after I got thoroughly mosquito chewn looking for the "hidden nest" that doesn't exist....yet...

I 100% understand, I have run to get help looking, only to get back and find the missing one somewhere like a roost or a nest-box way more times then Id like to admit to
