Yeah, we supposedly have one around here. My dad saw it eating a dead pig that someone dumped on the side of your road. It was hanging out with the buzzards/vultures.

A Refresh is in Order
Every so often I need to repaint the letters on the main coop. As you can see it is time again.

So I got out my Dremel and stepped the remaining paint off of the letters.

I then painstakingly hand painted each letter. I will go back through tomorrow and touch up my mistakes with the mint green paint. I also took the time to refresh the paint on the farm fresh eggs sign.

While I was at it, I decided to refresh the missing sparkles on Aurora's crown.

It is smoking hot out today. Now for a dip in the pool.

It looks wonderful. I love the "In Residence " sign and the drawings of your girls below. I love Phyllis little Polish hair on her painting! And if course Aurora's crown.

No pool but I have the worlds longest freshwater beach nearby

WILLOW UPDATE-

When I went to go say goodnight to everyone and feed everyone, I noted to myself that Willow seems to be almost back to normal.

I grabbed her, and with a slight protest from her, I gave her the first snuggles in over a month.
I really hope to see dark brown eggs in my collection soon!
And green... little Bolt has not been laying for a few weeks. I need to trim and file her beak, because I think that it is causing her some discomfort.
