All my birds are safe from the storm. Kinda… Willow, not so much. Alive, sure. Broody? Absolutely. Is she being easy to break? Absolutely NOT! I’m asking my dad to go to TSC and get me some chicks. I doubt he will, but who knows! I texted my brother who went in town with him and he was asking all these questions. “Will they go out in the coop tonight? How many? Won’t they all be roosters? It’s not a chick day, so they won’t have chicks, right?”
Yes, right under my broody.. Let’s take four, If you get the ones labeled Pullets, no. No Roos (I didn’t tell him that they might be) and they will have chicks even if it’s not a chick day.

At first I asked as a joke. I Shoulda known that it would’ve backfired on me and I would end up wanting them.

Guess who has four new chicks? I don’t know the breeds or what they look like, but my dad just called me and I heard chirping. Guess who is bawling her eyes out out of joy?

My dad thinks that they are EE’s and BR’s. He’s not sure though.
