Well I must say any rooster would go comb over spurs to meet her, she's beautiful! I hope the rest of her recovery goes smoothly!

Oh gosh there is an owl war between the pair of Tawny Owls that live in the oak tree north of my house and the barn owls from my neighbors outdoor attic (it's completely exposed to the elements from one side which is perfect for the barn owls nest) the tawny female was out hunting and the barn owl pair was NOT happy so they attacked her and it was very loud. However I think the mom got away!
