Sadly male 22 died today. Although I don't think a predator caused it I have also been having problems with a baby snake eating all the eggs and chicks! I don't know how to stop it! I buried him and now his mate is looking for a man!

Anyone interested in an incubator? I might ask them if they can ship it all the way to Italy, but I might not have enough saved up for it.

Does anyone thing once I get the wood out of these I might be able to turn them into a run or possibly even a coop? Maybe a pigeon loft? I want to do something with it so it doesn't become trash. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!

1.is the incubator for you to use, or what?
2. Those logs would be difficult to use for building anything other than a great fireplace, or bbq. Maybe try to swap them for something that you need. Place an add in the local paper or market.

I’d take the wood myself, but shipping costs are prohibitive

Yeah those crates could be turned into a run! I'm in the process of reinforcing a similar one my dad has into a low run for my chickens!
